Exchange & Return Policy – VimuSarees.com

At VimuSarees.com, we offer Free Exchange on products once sold, as per our company policy. Once an item is sold, it can only be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value.


How to Request an Exchange

If your product is eligible for exchange, please write to us at 📧 amerchand36@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Once your request is acknowledged by our team, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product.


Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

  • Please include your name, address, phone number, email, order ID, and the required size inside the parcel.

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product/size, we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

  • In all other cases (e.g., if you simply want to exchange the product), you are responsible for shipping charges.

  • A store credit may be issued for the product value (minus shipping/COD charges), valid for 30 days from the date of issue.


Who Pays for Shipping During Exchange?

  • If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If you wish to exchange the product for a different design, color, or size, you will pay the shipping charges.

Note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.


Important Notes

  • Products bought during sale, at a discount, using coupon codes, or gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit when applicable.


Return & Refund Policy for International Orders

  • Return Responsibility: Customers must handle return shipping and any customs duties if returning an international order.

  • No Reverse Pickups: We do not offer reverse pickups for international returns.

  • Refund Process: You will receive either a store credit or a refund for the returned item’s value (excluding shipping).

  • Shipping Charges: These are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • No Exchange: International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Alternative Option: If someone from your country is traveling to India, you may send the product with them to avoid shipping charges.

  • Damaged Product: If your order is damaged, please email us at 📧 amerchand36@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will guide you through the process for either a replacement or a refund/store credit.

Shipping refund decisions for damaged international items are made case by case, and the company reserves the final right to approve or deny such refunds.
