No Returns for Material or Color Preference
Returns will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We recommend that you carefully read the product description before placing an order. -
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed if you want to replace the product with a different dress of equal or higher value.-
The original product must be sent back at your own cost.

We do not offer free shipping for exchanged products.

If you want us to arrange a reverse pickup, you must pay ₹80 shipping charge per item. Only after payment of this fee, reverse pickup will be arranged.

Color Slightly Different?
Returns will not be accepted for slight color differences. We try our best to show the exact color, but a 5–10% variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings. -
Not Satisfied?
If you're not satisfied with the product but it matches the description and price, a return will not be accepted. We promise to deliver what is shown and offer the best quality for the price. -
Washed or Worn Items
Used, washed, or worn products cannot be returned. -
Minor Defects
Small issues like a loose thread or tassel may occur during delivery. These can be easily fixed by the customer and are not considered defects. -
One-Time Exchange Only
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect.

You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.

The item must be sent back to us within 4 days of delivery.

After we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you by email or WhatsApp.

If approved, we will send you a replacement.
All our suits go through 3–4 quality checks. Any attempt to damage the product intentionally will result in cancellation of your return or exchange request.
Wrong Product Received?
If we send you the wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send you the correct item.
Note: A 6–10% color difference may occur due to lighting and screen resolution. This is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
Refund Policy

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

After 7 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 5–6 working days.
We request customers to share their bank details for refund processing.
